I have ben painting on and off or about 20 years. Watercolor is my go to medium but I also do Plein Air Oils, Acrylics and Pastels and Ink Doodles. I have been fortunate to work and learn from several amazing artists both here in Salida, Colorado, but also in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Biologist, I had never taken any art lession until I retired. Although I have always "doodled" my way through school, it wasn't until I retired that a daughter of mine suggested I pick up some brushes and try my hand at painting. I find this relaxing and getting outside with a bunch of other artists is always encouraging and a true learning experience. I hope you enjoy my art. Thanks for looking.
